Easy Homemade Pizza

Breakfast Pizza

Why not prepare this breakfast pizza for your next Sunday brunch? It is simple to prepare, delicious, and will be a hit with your guests.

Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 Boboli pizza crusts, 8 inch
  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/4 Cup Scallions, Chopped
  • 4 cooked breakfast sausage patties, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan
  • 1 Medium Tomato, Diced
  • 1 Tsp Italian Seasoning

*Substitute a Monterey Jack cheese with Jalepenos for a spicier flavor.

Directions:

  1. Pre-heat oven to 450 degrees.
  2. In a medium pan over medium heat, scramble eggs in butter with chopped scallions; set aside.
  3. Brush pizza crusts with olive oil. Top with eggs, cheese, crumbled sausage, Parmesan, tomatoes, and Italian seasoning.
  4. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until warmed and cheese melts.
