Breakfast Pizza
Why not prepare this breakfast pizza for your next Sunday brunch? It is simple to prepare, delicious, and will be a hit with your guests.
Ingredients:
- 4 eggs, lightly beaten
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 Boboli pizza crusts, 8 inch
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/4 Cup Scallions, Chopped
- 4 cooked breakfast sausage patties, crumbled
- 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan
- 1 Medium Tomato, Diced
- 1 Tsp Italian Seasoning
*Substitute a Monterey Jack cheese with Jalepenos for a spicier flavor.
Directions:
- Pre-heat oven to 450 degrees.
- In a medium pan over medium heat, scramble eggs in butter with chopped scallions; set aside.
- Brush pizza crusts with olive oil. Top with eggs, cheese, crumbled sausage, Parmesan, tomatoes, and Italian seasoning.
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until warmed and cheese melts.
