Some of us like to fold our pizzas. If that is you, here is some calzone recipe information.

The calzone is the italian, or italian amercian, version of a hand pie. Most cultures have some version, the Empenada in Latin America, a Pasty in England, or a dumpling in Asia.

Either way...the are all yummy!

In the US, we typically find calzone's made in pizza parlors. They are typically made from pizza dough and stuffed with cheeses. Don't forget the marinara sauce on the side for dipping.
