4 Cheese Pizza

For all of the cheese pizza lovers out there! We used the types of cheeses that we like to eat…but you can substitute any of your favorites. This is a wonderful pizza to try with a gourmet pizza crust!!

Ingredients:

• 1 Tbs Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• 1/3 Cup Pizza Sauce
• ½ Tbs Dried Oregano or Italian Spices
• 1 Cups Grated Mozzarella Cheese
• ½ Cup Grated Provolone Cheese
• ½ Cup Grated Monterey Jack Cheese
• ½ Cup Grated Romano Cheese or substitute Parmesan Cheese

Directions:

1. Brush pizza dough with olive oil
2. Spread sauce on pizza dough
3. Layer provolone cheese, Monterey jack cheese, and romano cheese ingredients on pizza

Spread cheese evenly on pizza and avoid piling the toppings in the center. The cheese will not melt and the center will become soggy.
