Cheese & Spices

This pizza turned out pretty good, we were happy enough that we took a picture. It is a simple cheese and spice pizza. We made the sauce ourselves, actually it was some left over pizza sauce that we saved from dinner a couple of nights before. It was very good.

We layered mozzarella cheese and a combination of oregano, basil, garlic powder, and onion powder as topping...simple but delicious.

I am not sure how hot the oven was because temperature knob did not work, but we cranked the oven up as high as it would go. I think we baked it for about 10 minutes.
