Easy Chicken Pizza Recipe

Here is an easy chicken pizza recipe that uses store bought ranch style dressing for the sauce.

Chicken breasts are a great low fat source of protien, and the use of fresh vegetables help make this a healthy meal.

Ingredients:

• 2 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
• 1/2 Cup Ranch type dressing
• 1 Cup Grated Mozzarella Cheese
• 1/2 Cup Cheddar cheese
• 1 Cup Chopped tomatoes
• 1/4 Cup Chopped green onions (scallions)

Directions:

1. Pre-cook chicken breast
2. Dice or shred chicken
3. Pour 2 Tbs of Ranch type dressing into bowl and lightly coat chicken
4. Spread remaining ranch type dressing on pizza dough
5. Layer mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, chicken, chopped tomatoes, and green onion ingredients on pizza
