Mario Batali

Mario Batali is one of the most popular chefs and restaurateurs in the world, and is one of Food Networks Iron Chefs. He is a Northwest native, born and raised in Seattle.

have not personally met Chef Batali, but from his appearances on T.V. and from his cookbooks he seems to be the type of person that I would get along with. He comes across as a down to earth, smart, caring family man that is an awesome chef.

Mario Batali has been instrumental in reinventing Italian cuisine in America. I love Italian food, I love pizza, and I love Chef Batali’s food.

Working with Copco, he has an entire line of kitchen equipment…from simple wooden spoons to Panini presses. His cookware reflects those qualities that I like about the chef…simple, high quality, and sensible.

I wanted to showcase his pizza recipes and pizza equipment because of the reasons I mentioned above. I am confident that if you try these recipes or purchase these pizza tools you will enjoy them as much as we do.
