Our family's recipe for pizza dough

This recipe for pizza dough was used in our family’s restaurant and customer after customer commented on how much they loved our crust. It was modified slightly to include typical ingredients found in a home kitchen and makes it an easy pizza crust recipe. This is the best pizza crust recipe, and our family’s favorite.

The following recipe will make enough dough for one (1) approximately 14 inch (large) diameter pizza . You can scale this recipe to any quantity you like and that will fit your equipment. For example, if you want to make 2 large pizzas simply double all of the ingredients.

Ingredients:

• 2 Cups Flour
• 1 Tsp Active Dry Yeast
• 4 Tsp Sugar
• 1/2 Tsp Salt
• 1 Tsp Olive Oil
• 3/4 Cup Warm Water
