Easy Homemade Pizza

Whole Wheat Pizza Dough


This whole wheat pizza dough is perfect for your deep dish pizza.

As an alternative to all white flour, try this recipe that includes whole wheat flour. This will improve the nutrition of the pizza and add a delicious flavor to the pizza.

For additional flavor, try adding adding a small amount of crushed sunflower seeds...or better yet, lightly roast the sunflower seeds before adding to the dough.

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 Cups Bread Flour
  • 1 1/2 Cups Whole Wheat Flour
  • 1 1/2 Tsp. Active Dry Yeast
  • 1/4 Cup Olive Oil
  • 1 Tsp. Sugar
  • 1/2 Tsp. Salt
  • 1 Cup Lukewarm Water

Follow your preferred Dough Mixing method.
